The Cathedral Choir is a semi-professional vocal ensemble that sings weekly at the 11:00 A.M. Sunday Mass and rehearses on Wednesday evenings at 5:30 P.M. The annual Tenebrae service during Holy Week, Easter Vespers and the Advent Lessons & Carols in December are seasonal highlights. The Toledo Diocesan Choir sings for Diocesan Pontifical Liturgies at the cathedral, such as Chrism Mass, Neophyte Mass and Ordinations. Rehearsals are scheduled on Monday evenings at 7:00 P.M. The cathedral Parish Folk Group leads the music weekly at the 9:00 A.M. Sunday Mass. One hour rehearsals follow Sunday Mass. The ensemble includes singers, guitarists, keyboard and other instruments. For more information contact Nancy Dysard at (419) 241-6047.
